My peace of mind, my maturity, my honesty and my good relationship with life. The joy of caring related to everything, people in general, older people, pets, nature. I’m definitely a people’s person.
I used to say that 5 years ago I came to UK with a hand full of nothing but a heart full of hope. Hopefully care was the choice!!!
Apart of trainings that I do regularly First Aid Awareness , Safeguarding of vulnerable adults, Safe Administration of Medicines, Food and Hygiene, Moving and handling theory.
I have done 1 year of domiciliary care and after that I started with living care (4 years ago till now) as a self employed carer. Apart with my obsession for cooking and healthy food and vegetarian options, I am a completely paranoid with cleaning (but not compulsive) but I love everything in order tidy, clean and well organized. I like to drive I enjoy the outdoors and a good walk. Reading, listening to music and I love pets (I have a dog in Portugal). I’m a simple person, easy going, comprehensive, calm, happy and first of alI I respect others in all the aspects of life.
