I have a number of experiences working in a cafe setting. I worked at Tea for Two, a Cheshire based cafe between Jan 2014 to Dec 2017. My roles follow a barista, shift manager and waitress. I managed to develop some excellent service skills, also being able to work in a fast paced environment. Being quick on my feet is definitely something that I picked up from those roles.
I have also worked for a agency for nearly two years now called Nurseplus with two branches which was in St.helens & West Bromwich. I work as Carer/Support worker. Working with various types of people such as mental health, brain injury sector, people with disabilities, children in care and elderly with dementia or on end of life. The work role has given me a wider insight into the self discipline that is vital to participating in support work. While the work is intense and takes more work than many would think, I have supported and administered medication and provided the best care to provide the safe guarding of my clientele. My role entailed adapting my personality and traits to match those of my patient/resident. I am willing to learn any procedure that is expected of me and I believe this would be a quick process for me due to the amount of procedural information I have under my belt. I have excellent communication skills and I am a very fast learner. Main thing is I love my job role and what I do. My top two hobbies are swimming to help maintain my fitness & travelling as it’s such an adventure, I find even missing a train by accident is exciting as weird as that sounds.

I can also speak 5 languages! 2 different dialects of punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and English of course.
I look forward to any opportunity to discuss the position and what I can do for this wonderful company. I'd be a great fit for your organization. Thank you for your time to read this.
