Continuity Care

Experienced or inexperienced?  If you are a talented and motivated individual who would like a meaningful career making a positive impact on the lives of those who require care and home care support in the care sector, then we want to hear from you now!

We work with clients from all over the UK, and we recruit specifically for our clients, as this maintains continuity of care. These are great caring roles for Carers and Personal Assistants looking for long-term positions. The successful applicants will benefit from the rewards that come from helping our young and elderly clients to continue to live a happy and independent life in the comfort of their own homes.

If you have an empathetic nature, a willingness to learn and the desire to improve the life of those around you, we would like to hear from you.

What you can expect from us:

Excellent Rates of Pay

Rates for a single client start from around £90 to £125 per day.

This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £3,875.00.

Rates for a couple start from around £100 to £140 per day.

This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £4,340.00.

Accommodation and Food

During your assignment you will be provided with accommodation and food. Also, an internet connection is provided free of use in most client’s homes. This is dependant on internet coverage by the main providers in the UK.

This is capped up to the maximum of the daily rate. i.e. if your client is £100.00 per day then you will have up to this amount to get to your client and also to return back home from the client at the end of your assignment. Please be aware some clients are council funded and therefore they may not pay travel.  In this case you will be able to charge your travel costs back against your tax.

We can help advise you on subsidised courses that are recognized for the National Occupational Standards for the Social Care Sector. We anticipate that we will be able to offer in house training in the future.

Fast Track Application Process

We provide a fast track application for Carers with experience, who have an up to date Manual Handling Certificate and a portable DBS (This means you joined the update service when you had your original DBS done).

Carer Incentive/Reward Program

This is for any carer who introduces a friend or other carer to us.

Self Employed Advice

We also provide advice on being self-employed and registering with the HMRC. At present self-employed have the benefit of having a tax-free Personal Allowance. The standard Personal Allowance for Year 6th April 2019 to 5th April 2020 is £12,500 which is the amount of income you do not have to pay tax on.

Shift and Work Flexibility

You will be able to work what shifts suit you, and who you would like to work with. You are free to accept or decline work from us.

Last but most Importantly

A friendly dedicated team to help you with any questions or issues you may have throughout your time with us.

What we expect from you:

We want our carers to be empathetic and prepared to be good listeners and companions to our clients. You will preferably have previous experience in caring for clients in their own homes or have nursing experience and/or NVQ qualifications. However, if you are new to care, and are able to demonstrate that you have the right qualities we are looking for, then we will be happy to hear from you.  You are preferably able to commit to providing regular shifts to provide continuity of care. The ability to drive is advantageous, as is the ability to cook, and carry out light domestic housework duties.
