  • Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements
  • Providing companionship and supportive listening
  • Prompting and administering medication
  • Accompanying and transporting patients to appointments and/or social events
  • Light house duties, cleaning, cooking etc


  • Caring and empathic nature with knowledge of the care sector
  • Self-motivated and good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written
  • Good reporting skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Clear police check relevant to the country of residence
  • Ability to reside in customer home for extended periods
  • Ability to cook a variety of foods
  • Respect for the Customers homes and choices is essential
